AJ Bon-Jorno’s hat trick helped Pace’s boys soccer team top rival Milton 5-2 in a District 1-6A quarterfinal last Wednesday night at Pace.


Although Pace (14-7-2) started off fast and furious with three first-half goals, Milton battled the entire match.

With less than two weeks to play in the regular season, several area basketball teams are still among the best in the region.

Milton’s girls weightlifting team is relatively young this season but the Panthers still put forth their best effort at the District 1-3A meet Monday at Pace.

For 3A teams, the journey begins Monday at Pace with the District 1-3A meet. The 1A meet is on Wednesday at Baker.

Sydney Crow and her Pace Patriot soccer teammates displayed an extra level of determination in their District 1-6A showdown with Navarre Tuesday night.


“We came in with a strong mindset. We wanted to win,” Crow said.
