NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please be advised that on the 12th Day of May, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., CST,

in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,

Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 05-26
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 46, “TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES,” OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCLUDE A NEW ARTICLE III, “REGULATION OF WREAKER OPERATIONS;” ESTABLISHING A WREAKER QUALIFICATION AND ROTATION SYSTEM; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS, PERMITS AND LICENSING, OPERATIONAL STANDARDS, INSURANCE, MAXIMUM RATES AND BILLING, RECORDKEEPING , ENFORCMENT, PENALITES AND APPEAL PROCESS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFILICS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may

appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SPECIFICALLY AMENDING ARTICLE 18 – PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS SECTION 18.3(C)(3), OF PART THREE OF THE CITY OF MILTON CODE OF ORDINANCES UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE; PERTAINING TO THE ADDITION OF MARINAS AS A PERMITTED USE WITHIN COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, AS ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS OF LAW, PROVIDING FOR A TIMELINE FOR THE ADOPTION OF AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN KEEPING WITH THE PROVISIONS FOUND HEREIN, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, SCRIVENER’S ERRORS, INCLUSION IN CODE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
