The Santa Rosa County Zoning Board and Board of County Commissioners will conduct public hearings to consider a change of land use and/or rezoning of land areas depicted on the maps within this advertisement. The hearings are scheduled as follows:

STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE PERMIT The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its intent to issue a permit to YRR, LLC, Garrett W. Walton, Managing Member, 2605 Semoran Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32503 to construct and operate a 0. 051 MGD annual average daily flow (AADF) domestic wastewater treatment facility which would land apply 0. 051 MGD AADF of reclaimed water to a Part II subsurface drip irrigation field system. The facility will be located approximately at latitude 30 ° 34' 32. 8495"N, longitude 86 ° 57' 25. 0195" W, in the Yellow River Ranch Subdivision, east of Ward Basin Road and south of Hickory Hammock Road, in Milton, Florida 32583 in Santa Rosa County. The Department has assigned permit file number FLAB07468-001-DW3P to the proposed project. The intent to issue and application file are available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8: 00 a. m. to 5: 00 p. m. , Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department's Northwest District Office, 160 W.
