04/26 – Bands on the Blackwater

Bands on the Blackwater featuring Nu-Blu hosted at Jernigan’s Landing from 7 – 9 p.m. Come by boat or bring a lawn chair and join in at one of the Gulf Coast’s top family-friendly music events.

04/26 – Butterflies in Motion (Jay)

Butterflies in Motion hosted by the Jay Library from 10 a.m. – Noon. Visit the library to learn about Florida’s native butterflies and their environment. Enjoy a presentation by Butterflies in Motion and visit the mobile butterfly house.

04/27 – 2024 Fishing Rodeo

2024 Fishing Rodeo hosted by Vision of Hope starting at 9 a.m. This rodeo is free to all persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Northwest Florida region. There will be a complimentary lunch, an awards presentation, and goodies for all participants. Space is limited. Registration is required and the deadline is April 19.

04/27 – 8th Annual Kid’s Day

8th Annual Kid’s Day hosted at Benny Russell Park from 9 a.m. – noon. Children ages 4-10 are invited to a free morning of fun and learning! There will also be a celebration for Smokey the Bear’s 8th birthday.

04/27 – Shelter Training and Simulation

Shelter Training and Simulation hosted at the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center in Milton from 9 a.m. – Noon. Drop in for this event to learn about evacuation shelter fundamentals and experience a simulation to practice skills!

05/01 – Jeep Drive In Bingo

Jeep Drive In Bingo hosted at the Milton Community Center starting at 6:30 p.m. Come and experience a bingo game like no other! Bring your jeep, tailgate, play bingo, and win prizes! There will be food trucks on site and, of course, cars and trucks other than Jeeps may participate. It is $10 for 10 games and the proceeds will benefit For the Children of Milton.

05/09 – UF/IFAS Extension Office Educational Programs

UF/IFAS Extension Office Educational Programs hosted by the Milton Library from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Enjoy monthly research-based educational programs in agriculture, horticulture, family and consumer sciences, and more. A different topic is explored every month!

05/10 – Bands on the Blackwater

Bands on the Blackwater featuring Lex and the Luthors hosted at Jernigan’s Landing from 7 – 9 p.m. Come by boat or bring a lawn chair and join in at one of the Gulf Coast’s top family-friendly music events.

05/11 – Gulf Coast Culture Fest

Gulf Coast Culture Fest hosted at Seville Square in Pensacola from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Celebrate the rich diversity and cultures of the Gulf Coast and its surrounding areas. There will be artists, businesses, vendors, live entertainment, food, and more. Admission is free.

05/11 – Mother’s Day Gift Market

Mother’s Day Gift Market hosted at Alyssa’s starting at 9 a.m. Get a last-minute Mother’s Day gift! There will be handmade crafts, unique gifts, stylish accessories, mouthwatering treats, and more.

05/11 – Super Saturday

Super Saturday hosted by Covenant Church in Milton starting at 8 a.m. This event will feature a triple threat yard sale, car wash, and bake sale fundraiser to help church youth get to camp this summer! Stop by to shop around or get your car washed.

05/14 – Childbirth Prep and Newborn Care

Childbirth Prep and Newborn Care hosted by Santa Rosa Medical Center from 6 – 8 p.m. The childbirth prep class will prepare you for what to expect during labor, delivery, and recovery. Classes are taught by an experienced registered nurse. We encourage labor partners to attend. Space is limited and admission is free.

Bands on the Blackwater featuring Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast hosted at Jernigan’s Landing from 7 – 9 p.m. Come by boat or bring a lawn chair and join in at one of the Gulf Coast’s top family-friendly music events.

Every Monday – Line Dancing

Join in every Monday for Line Dancing hosted by the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center in Milton from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Learn the modern county and western dance steps while meeting new people and getting some exercise at the same time!

Every Thursday – The Market of Milton

The Market of Milton is hosted every Thursday evening at Jernigan’s Landing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eat and shop local at this fun-filled market featuring local farmers, vendors, artists, crafters, bakers, and more!
