Immanuel Baptist celebrates Chris Roberts after his return from heart, kidney transplant
There wasn’t a smile missing from someone’s face nor a dry eye in the room when Chris and Tammy Roberts strolled into their Immanuel Baptist Church Life Group Tuesday, July 30. This was the first time in nearly three years, Chris and Tammy haven’t had to worry about today being the last for Chris, who recently received a heart and kidney transplant at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
