PACE, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announces the arrest of Rasha Lashonda Hill, 32, of Pace. Hill is charged with felony money laundering and structuring, violations of the Florida Money Laundering Act.

On Feb. 27, Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office recognized their Victim Advocates Supervisor, Lisa Burrus, for 25 years of dedicated service.

Short is accused of engaging in financial improprieties, which amounted to her allegedly stealing from the district over a two-year period. The arrest comes after a monthslong investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
