Central’s volleyball team is looking for more success in 2025.


And the Jaguars will be led by senior captain Callie Posey and her sister, Emma, a junior. Both played a key role in Central’s 11-8 campaign last season.

Although it didn’t show it on the scoreboard, it was a great night for the Central Jaguar football program.


Storm clouds, rain and lightning delayed the inevitable for about an hour as Central finally played football under the lights at home for the first time, fittingly against county rival Jay.

Milton’s swim team has new coaches, but some things have stayed the same as the Panthers have a handful of familiar names on the roster.


Included in that group is Amelia Ilnitskiy, who made a regional appearance last season as a freshman.

Pace’s football team showed glimpse of its strength in its 20-6 win over West Florida Tech last Thursday night at home.


The varsity team played the second half and turned to its quick and powerful run game, led by junior Makael Williams and new starting quarterback Brooks Washington to help pave the way to a win.

The Jaguars and Royals meet tonight in a Kickoff Classic at Central. It will be the first ever home game under the lights for the Jaguars. 

Aiden Spratt ran straight ahead into the end zone as the Milton Panthers took the lead for good in their Kickoff Classic against Choctaw Thursday night.


It was one of several big moments on a successful night for the Panthers, who showed they are indeed a different team than the one that didn’t win a game in 2024.

Fletcher Carroll started playing tennis as a sophomore and stuck with it the rest of his high school career.

Optimism and potential are hard to ignore within the Milton volleyball program as the Panthers believe a turnaround season is ahead.
