Pace’s girls soccer team played a pair of preseason games on Nov. 1 at the West Florida Soccer Club as it got work in ahead of the new year.

The University of West Florida football team is ranked No. 1 in Super Region Two in the latest NCAA Division II regional rankings.

But here the Jaguars are, at the end of the regular season, riding the high of three consecutive wins, punctuating the run with a 14-12 win over Wewahitchka on the road on Halloween.

It was the annual “Battle of the Bronze” matchup between the Pace Patriots and Milton Panthers on Halloween, and players from both teams has their eyes set on the helmet-laden plaque.


To top that off, both teams had big postseason goals in mind.

Jay’s football team made its Homecoming game a memorable one, crushing Blacksher with a resounding 50-22 victory Friday night.


The Royals (6-4) end the regular-season on a five-game winning streak.
