Pace Patriots win Navarre Invitational
Pace’s boys weightlifting team took care of business in impressive fashion at the Navarre Invitational Wednesday.
The Patriots swept the titles at a meet featuring some of the best teams in the state, winning Olympic 59-42 over Choctaw while topping those same Indians 69-41 in traditional.

Kaden French moved up a weight class this year. He had been competing at 199 lbs. and was the state runner-up in traditional and placed third in Olympic.
Now at 219, French feels good about how things are going and the results speak for themselves as the Milton senior won the Olympic and traditional titles at the Navarre Invitational Wednesday afternoon.
Despite loss to Raiders, Pace’s flag football team still has goals intact
Pace’s flag football team suffered its first loss of the year last Monday night, falling 20-13 to rival Navarre. The Patriots led 7-0 at halftime but went into the final quarter tied at 7-7 before Navarre took control.
