Three new coffee spots are coming to the Pace and Milton area. One chain that has never been in the area, and two local options that are expanding their operations.

The City of Milton announced that Jennifer M. Frank will serve as Milton’s next Police Chief, officially stepping into the role in late April. Frank is the first female police chief in Northwest Florida and the 21st in the state.

The overnight rain Feb. 18-19 brought more red clay down the drainage ways from behind Damon Drive Cottages and reportedly fed it into Mulat Bayou. The residents nearby say there are no solutions in sight and no help on the horizon.
