The University of West Florida football team jumps back into Gulf South Conference play this week.

Pace senior Belle McNally said she was ‘trying not to cry’ as she talked about Amy Wolfenden, the former Patriot boys swim coach who passed away in May at the age of 50 while competing in a triathlon.
McNally met Wolfenden at a young age and couldn’t say enough good about how meaningful it was to see the Pace Patriot Invitational get rededicated as the Wolfenden Memorial Invitational on Sept. 28.

Central’s first varsity football season has not been an easy one.
The Jaguars are still searching for their first win after losing 35-0 to Rocky Bayou last Saturday night at Steve Riggs Stadium in Fort Walton Beach.
