The severity of this crisis has taken a devastating toll, with a sharp rise in overdoses and a grim reality: most people who use fentanyl in our area do not survive.

Man shot while driving near Wallace Lake Road

A man was shot and killed while driving last night in Pace.
According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the agency received reports of a shooting that had occurred in the area of Wallace Lake Road off Quintette Road in Pace.
