Drivers should expect delays on Berryhill Road soon as part of a widening project.
Santa Rosa County announced Wednesday that Berryhill Road will experience lane closures beginning Monday, June 10 as part of the Berryhill Road lane widening project. Lanes will be closed to perform asphalt pavement coring and geotechnical borings within the existing roadway.
Portions of Berryhill Road from Chumuckla Highway east to just west of Pond Creek will be closed from 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. through Wednesday, June 12, weather permitting. Drivers are encouraged to use caution in the area and be patient in the event of traffic delays.
