The Santa Rosa County Development Services Department on Nov. 28 approved a site plan for a 21,930-square-foot building to be built on about three acres of an 18.55-acre parcel at 5516 Woodbine Road, south of the intersection of Woodbine with Quintette Road and Chumuckla Highway.
