A new spay and neuter clinic will open in Milton after seven years of transporting cats and dogs to Panama City for affordable animal care.
Animal Health Outreach Prevention Education, also known as A HOPE, is a local animal outreach that helps provide spay and neuter services to homed or stray cats and dogs in Santa Rosa County.
