A HOPE Spay and Neuter Clinic to open for kitten season

A new spay and neuter clinic will open in Milton after seven years of transporting cats and dogs to Panama City for affordable animal care.

Animal Health Outreach Prevention Education, also known as A HOPE, is a local animal outreach that helps provide spay and neuter services to homed or stray cats and dogs in Santa Rosa County. A HOPE Vice President Paige Cary said they will be opening a local clinic just in time for kitten season, when feline breeding is at its peak in early spring to late summer.
