NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2023, and entered in Case No. 23000110CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff and Carolyn J. McCray a/k/a Carolyn McCray; Unknown Spouse of Carolyn J. McCray a/k/a Carolyn McCray, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (12:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the 28th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 44 IN AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 28 WEST, SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 800.00 FEET WESTERLY AND 633.10 FEET NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SOUTHEAST QUARTER SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 28 WEST; THENCE 100.00 FEET NORTHERLY; THENCE 140 FEET EASTERLY; THENCE 100.00 FEET SOUTHERLY; AND THENCE 140.00 FEET WESTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
