The Community Redevelopment Agency will meet at 5:30 p.m., the City of Milton’s City Council will meet in the Executive Session and as the Board of Directors of Sundial Utilities at 5:45 p.m., and The City of Milton’s City Council will meet for a Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 6738 Dixon Street. For further information on the meeting, contact the City Manager’s Office 983-5411. All meetings are open to the public.

The Point Baker Water System, Inc. has filed an application with the USDA
Rural Development for financial assistance to construct a new water well and
elevated storage tank. A public meeting for comments will be held at 9:00 AM
on June 30, 2026 at the Point Baker Water System, Inc. office located at 6837
Hwy 89 N, Milton, FL 32570 to discuss the proposed project and to provide
the opportunity for public to comment on such economic and environmental
impacts, service area, alternative to the project and other matters of concern.
The meeting will include discussion of the application process and Point Baker
Water System’s action relative to approving, executing and submitting a
formal application to USDA, Rural Development for funding. Any questions
may be directed to Anthony Mathis or Chris Ioakim, Point Baker Water System,
