PARKLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET; AND NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING.
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Parkland Community Development District (“District”) will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., Central Time, at Adams Homes Sales Office, 6148 Old Bagdad Hwy., Milton, Florida 32583 for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the proposed budget (“Proposed Budget”) of the District for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025 (“Fiscal Year 2025”). A regular board meeting of the District will also be held at that time where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
