NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure By Consent and Default dated April 8, 2024 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 28, 2024, entered in Civil Case No.: 23000730CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC2, Plaintiff, and CHARLES J.
