NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please be advised that on the 4th Day of November, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., CST,

in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,

Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 12-25

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLES 3.2, 4.2 & 17.4 & 17.5 OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, AMENDING STANDARDS FOR APPROVALS OF SUBDIVISIONS AND REMOVING ANY LANGUAGE REQUIRING PLANNING BOARD OR CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may

appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ADOPT REVISIONS TO
SANTA ROSA DISTRICT SCHOOLS
Adoption of Instructional Materials for English Language Arts (ELA)
Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, the Santa Rosa County School
Board will hold a public hearing to consider input from parents and community
members regarding the instructional materials selected for the identified
adoption. The purpose of this hearing is to give parents and community members
the opportunity to contribute their input to the selection of instructional
materials in the current adoption cycle in accordance with the legislative and
State Board of Education Regulations. The public hearing is scheduled for
November 18, 2025, 9:00 A.M. at 6086 Canal Street, Milton, Florida.
Copies of the proposed instructional materials will be available for study and
examination at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, Douglas A. Dillon
Administrative Center 6032 Highway 90, Milton, Florida from 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from October 13, 2025 through November
17, 2025.
