Pace volleyball team trending in right direction
Pace was supposed to play a volleyball match last Wednesday night, but Fort Walton Beach had to cancel because of a schedule conflict.
So the Patriots used the night to run a practice and use the time to get a little bit better in a season that has been all about improvement.

Former Milton Panther making her mark in college volleyball
Anyaliz Rodriguez knew little about volleyball prior to going into high school at Milton.
Soon enough, it became a sport she grew to love and now plays collegiately at Pensacola State.
“I didn’t even really know what volleyball was until eighth grade, and then my high school coach said I should give it a try. I played freshman year and then said, ‘you know what, I kind of like this.’”
Noah Day helping to lead way for Milton swim team

The Milton senior wins the 50-yard freestyle easily, finishing in under 23 seconds (22.75). It’s the latest win in a season that has been a strong one so far for one of the area’s best swimmers.
