Snow, Leek both see wastewater treatment plant as top priority

Jeff Snow is hoping to serve a third term on the Milton City Council representing Ward 3, but he’ll have competition in November from Robert Leek, a former councilmember.

Snow has served for the last eight years, while Leek was appointed to fill the other Ward 3 seat on the council in 2021 but narrowly lost to Gavin Hawthorne in an election for the seat in 2022.
