A barrage of emails sent by Milton Mayor Heather Lindsay to City Manager Scott Collins on Dec. 30 infuriated some city councilors. Now a Pace businesswoman is hinting at legal action against Lindsay and the city for remarks Lindsay made about her in one of those emails.

Failing spaces: Milton council asks for more options
