NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - Pursuant to Florida Statue 116.21, Jason D. English, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, funds received by the clerk in the clerk's official capacity and not otherwise required to sent to the state must be published and can be deposited into the Clerk's fine and forfeiture fund. These funds includes uncashed juror checks, uncleared cash bonds, and unclaimed registry funds.
Persons having or claiming any interest in such funds or any portion of them shall file their written claim with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 6495 Caroline St, Suite A, Milton FL 32572 by September 1, 2025, and make sufficient proof to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of their ownership and upon so doing shall be entitled to receive any part of the moneys so claimed. If claims to the moneys are not made on or before September 1, 2024, the moneys shall be forfeited to the Clerk of Court Fine and Forfeiture Fund.
