AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER 38, PERSONNEL AND RETIREMENT, ARTICLE VI, MUNICIPAL FIREFIGHTERS’ PENSION TRUST FUND, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MILTON: AMENDING SECTION 38-370, FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT AND ADDING A SUBSECTION FOR SHORT-TERM DISABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may
