STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE PERMIT The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its intent to issue a permit to YRR, LLC, Garrett W. Walton, Managing Member, 2605 Semoran Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32503 to construct and operate a 0. 051 MGD annual average daily flow (AADF) domestic wastewater treatment facility which would land apply 0. 051 MGD AADF of reclaimed water to a Part II subsurface drip irrigation field system. The facility will be located approximately at latitude 30 ° 34' 32. 8495"N, longitude 86 ° 57' 25. 0195" W, in the Yellow River Ranch Subdivision, east of Ward Basin Road and south of Hickory Hammock Road, in Milton, Florida 32583 in Santa Rosa County. The Department has assigned permit file number FLAB07468-001-DW3P to the proposed project. NOTICE OF RIGHTS The Department will issue the permit unless a petition for an administrative hearing is timely filed under Sections 120. 569 and 120. 57, F. Because the administrative hearing process is designed to formulate final agency action, the hearing process may result in a modification of the agency action or even denial of the application.
