The administration of the Estate of WILLIAM BLAKE TIPPETTS a/k/a WILLIAM B. TIPPETTS, deceased, whose date of death was April 23, 2022, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division; Case Number 2022-CP-250, the address of which is 6865 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570. The names and address of the Personal Representative and Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against the decedent’s estate, including unmeasured, contingent and unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this Notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent’s estate, including unmeasured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, on the 30 day of January, 2020, in the cause wherein C. Faye Williamson is plaintiff and James R. Gonzalez is defendant, being Case No. 2018CA001309F in said Court, I, Bob Johnson, Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title, and interest of the defendant, in and to the following described real property, to wit:

The above described Parcel is situated In Section 15, Township 2 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Less and except that portion thereof conveyed in Official Records Book 3813, Page 1045, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
All bidders must have a Driver’s License with them and must register with clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale at the east front door of the Santa Rosa Criminal Justice Facility, 5755 East Milton Rd, Milton, Florida, Santa Rosa County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2022, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant’s right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
