NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel the January 02, 2022 Foreclosure Sale Date and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Date Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note dated August 30, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 19000410CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2021-NR1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2021-NR1 is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MYRON ELAINE NORRIS, SHANNON LAMBERT and DARA LEWIS, et al, are Defendants.
