NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2022, in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER S. SCHROEDER A/K/A CHRIS SCHROEDER, SARAH E. SCHROEDER and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, DONALD C. SPENCER, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 7, 2022, at public sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. CENTRAL, online at www.santarosarealforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
