The administration of the estate of Joycelyn DiVincent Exnicios, deceased, whose date of death was May 19, 2021, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 6865 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

Notice to Bidders
East Bay Cross Drain Replacement
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and fully insured General Contractor or Underground Contractors for the East Bay Cross Drain Replacement.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 A.M. on June 2, 2022 at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-030 East Bay Cross Drain Replacement”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL” and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

PUBLIC NOTICE SALE OF PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the purchase of property located in the Santa Rosa Industrial Park. Approximately 5 (five) acres of land located at the Santa Rosa Industrial Park is up for bid.
The use of said land will be limited to manufacturing/industry use with the employment of a minimum number of at least 20 new employees and have a capital investment of over $1million.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2022 at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the aforestated time, date and location will be considered. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-033 SALE OF PROPERTY”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

Santa Rosa County will retain the right of first refusal in the event the property is sought to be sold. Santa Rosa County reserves the right to negotiate a higher sales price with the highest responsive bidder. Santa Rosa County reserves the right to award more than one bid if it determines such to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
Each bidder will submit a minimum of $500.00 earnest money deposit which will be non-refundable should such bidder be awarded the purchase. The deposit will be credited against the purchase amount.
Santa Rosa County reserves the right to waive informalities in bids with or without cause, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of the County.
Each bidder making a purchase proposal agrees that if it is awarded the bid, it will enter into a purchase agreement described herein within thirty days of the bid event. The purchase agreement may be assigned by the successful bidder to an assignee approved by Santa Rosa County at the County’s sole discretion.
