INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the School District of Santa Rosa County, Florida, herein referred to as the “Board” pursuant to Florida law, is soliciting proposals from civil engineering firms to provide continuing contract services for proposed construction projects in which construction costs for each project that does not exceed $7,500,000 for study activity when the fee for such professional service does not exceed $500,000 in fees. The contract will be for a five-year period commencing on April 3, 2026. The contract can be canceled by either party, without giving reason, at the end of each contract year. The Board reserves the right to solicit proposals on any project in lieu of utilizing the continuing contract. Firm’s main office must be within a 25-mile radius of Milton, Florida. The Board reserves the right to select multiple engineering firms to be placed on continuing contract.
