STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE PERMIT The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its intent to issue a permit to the Sundial Utilities of Milton, Inc., Joe Cook, PO Box 909, Milton, Florida 32572 to operate an existing 0.25 MGD domestic wastewater treatment facility and to construct additional treatment capacity to total 0.50 MGD on the same parcel. The Sundial Utilities of Milton, Inc. will also operate an existing onsite dual pond rapid infiltration basin system (RIB) for reclaimed water with an increased land application capacity from 0.25 to 0.50 MGD.
