Notice of Final Agency Action Taken by the Northwest Florida Water Management District Notice is given that Environmental Resource permit number IND-113-319064-1 was issued on July 30, 2024, to Midtown Navarre LLC for the construction of a new surface water management system at Enclave at Midtown Navarre. The project is designed to serve a new development located along the east side of US Highway 87 in Navarre (Santa Rosa County). The proposed development will consist of the construction of a new townhome subdivision with associated parking and a driveway connection to State Road 87. The proposed surface water management system will consist of the construction, operation, and maintenance of an interconnected wet detention pond located in the northern and southeastern corners of the development. Please refer to the approved plans for details of the proposed pond and its control structures. This project is not anticipated to have any impacts within wetlands or other surface waters.
