Please be advised that on the 11th Day of March, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., CST,

in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,

Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 01-25

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER 38, PERSONNEL AND RETIREMENT, ARTICLE VI, MUNICIPAL FIREFIGHTERS’ PENSION TRUST FUND, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MILTON: AMENDING SECTION 38-370, FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT AND ADDING A SUBSECTION FOR SHORT-TERM DISABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may

appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.1 AND 16.6 OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, AMENDING THE DEFINITION FOR MONUMENT SIGNS AND PROVIDING SEPARATE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR SAID SIGNS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may

appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
