Santa Rosa TDO, VisitFlorida receive multi-million-dollar grant for ‘adventure’ tourism

The Triumph Gulf Coast Board has unanimously approved a grant of $10.5 million to VISIT FLORIDA, that will benefit all eight counties impacted by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The Santa Rosa Tourist Development Office (TDO) will see some of these funds, according to TDO director Julie White.

Proud parents, eager students and Pace High School staff packed the Pensacola Bay Center Saturday, May 25 for the Class of 2024’s final send off. The event saw Several hundred graduate.
Valedictorian Madison Quintanilla and Salutatorian Atiye Buker gave speeches reflecting on their time at Pace High and with their classmates, as well as words of encouragement for all those entering the next phase of life.
