The City of Milton now has its very own disc golf course.

Members of surrounding communities gathered alongside Milton residents Thursday to honor those who have served in the United States military.

Red, white and blue beads, candy and even pocket-sized copies of the Constitution were handed out to spectators seated in lawn chairs at the Milton Veterans Day Parade Nov. 11.

Milton High School was the winner in this year’s canned food drive, with students collecting 43,840 pounds of food. Pace High School students collected 20,980 pounds.
