I need to come up with a rule that says you can’t post in the comments section of our paper’s sports page social media posts unless you use your real name and profile.


My thought is, if you are going to make a comment, then own it.

September is suicide prevention month. In reality, every month should have a focus on mental health and the battles that come with it.

We have reached the midway point of the high-school football season.


And we have learned a few things along the way.

I’m not sure who needs to see this column in Santa Rosa County to make it happen, but I’d really love it if we could get a public pool at either end of the county some point before the end of time. Having a pool at both ends of the county would be even better.

Florida has some interesting rules when it comes to high school football.


I learned last week that apparently high school football teams here are not allowed to play an opponent from another state in a Kickoff Classic.
