Santa Rosa County Commission rejects Christian college’s bid for rural Pace campus
The Santa Rosa County Commission voted unanimously on March 26 to deny a conditional use permit that would have allowed a faith-based college to construct a campus on 21 acres of rural land off Chumuckla Highway north of Pace.
The Santa Rosa County Zoning Board voted 7-1 on a request that may allow John Melvin University to build a campus off of Chumuckla Highway.
