A Pace woman is charged with grand theft of $20,000 or more after she allegedly misappropriated $38,852.92 from the business account of Pace Athletic and Recreation Association (PARA).
According to a Santa Rosa County warrant report, the misappropriation came to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office attention after PARA reported the $38,852,92 missing from their business account on Aug. 1.
The Sheriff’s Office said PARA believed Elizabeth Rohling, 43, the business manager of the organization at the time, had used the business account for her personal purchases.
