Santa Rosa County commissioners agreed at their committee meeting Aug. 25 to advance a plan committing half a million dollars in county conservation funds toward farmland easements.
Sheriff’s office returns $1 million for county budget
The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has agreed to return an additional $1 million to offset its increase in the upcoming fiscal year budget, County Administrator Brad Baker told Santa Rosa County Commissioners at a committee meeting Aug. 25.
