On October 31, 2025, at around 6 a.m. CST, a Toyota pickup truck driven by a 56-year-old Navarre man was traveling westbound on Highway 90 in Milton when his vehicle struck a cyclist. The cyclist, a 65-year-old Milton woman, was riding her bike on Highway 90 near the intersection of Red Brick Road. When she attempted to cross the highway from south to north, she was hit by the Toyota pickup traveling westbound.
According to the crash report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the woman was not wearing any reflective gear or a helmet. She was pronounced deceased on scene.
