NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 18000230CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is Plaintiff and ANGELA PUCKETT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, DONALD C. SPENCER, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Santa Rosa County's On-Line Public Auction website: www.santarosa.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 12, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SANTA ROSA County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:

Committee Meeting Notice
The Santa Rosa County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Invites public participation in the meeting to review current funding conditions and current strategy implementation.
The meeting is scheduled as follows: Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 2:30 PM, Santa Rosa County Auditorium, 4530 Spikes Way, Milton, FL 32583.
This public meeting affords citizens the opportunity to provide input and recommendations relating to affordable housing activities. If you have any questions about this process or about this meeting, please contact Erin Malbeck at (850) 981-7076 or Erinm@santarosa.fl.gov.

Housing Rehabilitation
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors for the rehabilitation of the residence located at 6861 Larriet Lane, Milton, Florida 32570.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:15 A.M. on April 1, 2022, at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-015 Housing Rehab. – 6861 Larriet Lane, Milton”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL” and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on March 17, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. (local time) at 6861 Larriet Lane, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are invited to attend. Only those businesses represented may participate in the bid.
