Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER 38, PERSONNEL AND RETIREMENT, ARTICLE V, POLICE OFFICERS’ PENSION TRUST FUND, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MILTON: AMENDING SECTION 38-176, BENEFIT AMOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may
appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
