A party may provide a court reporter at his or her own expense. The undersigned Judge will record the final hearing if a court reporter is not hired by a party for the final hearing.

The parties shall file and serve all exhibits five (5) business days prior to the hearing along with an exhibit list. Each exhibit must be clearly marked and filed separately with the Clerk of Court and not as one document with all exhibits. In addition, the parties shall email the exhibit list and exhibits for the Judge to tressie.leatherman@flcourts1.gov five (5) business days prior to the hearing. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the exhibit(s) not being admitted at the hearing.
