NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ADOPT REVISIONS TO
SANTA ROSA DISTRICT SCHOOLS
2024 – 2025 SCHOOL CHOICE PLAN
Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, the Santa Rosa County School Board will hold a public hearing to consider the revisions, additions and deletions to the 2023-2024 School Choice Plan in preparation for the 2024 – 2025 school year’s School Choice Plan. The purpose of these changes is to update the existing School Choice Plan in accordance with legislative and State Board of Education Regulations. The public hearing is scheduled for April 11, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Santa Rosa County School Board Room at 5086 Canal Street, Milton, Florida.
Copies of proposed revisions, additions and deletions for the 2024 – 2025 School Choice Plan will be available for study and examination at the Douglas A. Dillon Administrative Center in Milton, Florida from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, March 7, 2024 through April 11, 2024.

Derelict Vessel Publication Notice
NOTICE TO POTENTIAL HEIRS AND PERSONS WITH A LEGAL INTEREST IN THE BELOW DESCRIBED VESSEL
The following vessel, to wit: Florida registered and USCG documented vessel DO556531, 1974, 31 ft., Buskins has been determined to be derelict/abandoned and is unlawfully upon these waters of this state, to wit Garcon Point Canal and Katie St. and must be removed within 21 days; otherwise, it will be removed and disposed of pursuant to chapter 705, Florida Statutes. Owners, heirs and other legally interested parties may have the right to a hearing to challenge the determination that this vessel is derelict or otherwise in violation of the law or to raise their interests before a tribunal. Please contact the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Legal Office at (850) 487-1764 or efile@myfwc.com in order to assert a legal interest in this vessel. The owner or the party determined to be legally responsible for the vessel being upon the waters of this state in a derelict condition will be liable for the costs of removal, destruction, and disposal if this vessel is not removed by the owner.
All heirs and other persons with a legal interest in this vessel must raise such interest within 21 days of the date of first publication of this Notice. All interests not raised by that time will be waived and forever barred.
