TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please be advised that on the 9th day of January 2024 at 5:30 p.m., CST,

in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,

Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 1996-23

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, TO AMEND PART 1, SUBPART A, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 2-5, OF THE CITY OF MILTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH THE DATES AND TIMES OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS, CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSIONS, CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA) MEETINGS, AND CITY UTILITY BOARD MEETINGS.

This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may

appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 11 OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, SPECIFICALLY SECTIONS 11.4 AND 11.5, ADDING LANGUAGE THAT PROVIDES FOR A PROCESS OF DESIGNATING LOCAL HISTORIC RESOURCES THAT ARE INDEPENDENT OF THE MILTON HISTORIC DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
