NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 19, 2022, in Case No. 21-CA-000958 of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit, in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein Self-Help Ventures Fund, is Plaintiff, and Estate of Jeffery L. Lamonte, Unknown Heirs of Jeffery L. Lamonte; Angela D. Lamonte and Santa Rosa County, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of Donald C.
