NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, on the 30 day of January, 2020, in the cause wherein C. Faye Williamson is plaintiff and James R. Gonzalez is defendant, being Case No. 2018CA001309F in said Court, I, Bob Johnson, Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title, and interest of the defendant, in and to the following described real property, to wit:

Parcel 2C, of an unrecorded subdivision described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 15, Township 2 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida; thence go South 87 degrees 28 minutes 41 seconds East along the North line of Section 15, for a distance of 3260.48 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of a Parcel described in Official Records Book 3124, at Page 737, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida; thence departing said North line of Section 15, go South 37 degrees 45 minutes 57 seconds West along said Northwesterly line of Parcel described in Official Records Book 3124, at Page 737, for a distance of 3337.37 feet to an intersection with the Northerly right of way line of State Road No.191 (100 foot right of way); thence go South 52 degrees 13 minutes 55 seconds East along said Northerly right of way line for a distance of 742.23 feet to a point of curvature; continue Southeasterly along said Northerly right-of-way line, being a curve to the left and having a radius of 1860.08 feet, for an arc of 257.77 feet (delta = 07 degrees 56 minutes 24 seconds, chord bearing = South 56 degrees 12 minutes 07 seconds East, chord distance = 257.56 feet) to a half inch capped iron rod, number 7174, at the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel described in Official Records Book 3124, at Page 737, for the Point of Beginning; thence go North 36 degrees 37 minutes 34 seconds East along the Southeasterly line of said Parcel for a distance of 3768.90 feet to a half inch capped iron rod, number 7174, said point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence continue North 36 degrees 37 minutes 34 seconds East along said Southeasterly line for a distance of 37 feet more or less to the centerline of Pond Creek; thence meander Southeasterly along said centerline of Pond Creek for a distance of 1000 feet more or less; thence go South 36 degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 188 feet more or less to a half inch capped iron rod, number 7174, said point lying South 62 degrees 08 minutes 46 seconds East for a distance of 937.97 feet from the aforesaid Point "A"; thence continue South 36 degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 2857.80 feet to a half inch capped iron rod, number 7174; thence go South 09 degrees 24 minutes 11 seconds East for a distance of 605.08 feet to a half inch capped iron rod, number 7174, said point being on the aforesaid Northerly right of way line of State Road No.191, (100 foot right of way); thence go North 84 degrees 47 minutes 13 seconds West along said Northerly right of way line for a distance of 718.55 feet to a point of tangency; thence continue Northwesterly along said Northerly right of way line being a curve to the right and having a radius of 1860.08 feet, for an arc of 798.95 feet (delta = 24 degrees 36 minutes 35 seconds, chord bearing = North 72 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds West, chord distance = 792.82 feet) to the Point of Beginning.
The above described Parcel is situated In Section 15, Township 2 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Less and except that portion thereof conveyed in Official Records Book 3813, Page 1045, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
All bidders must have a Driver’s License with them and must register with clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale at the east front door of the Santa Rosa Criminal Justice Facility, 5755 East Milton Rd, Milton, Florida, Santa Rosa County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2022, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant’s right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
