NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please be advised that on the 14th day of May 2024 at 6:30 p.m., CST,
in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,
Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 10-24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7.3 AND 8.1 OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, UPDATING THE USE MATRIX TO ALLOW CHURCHES WITHIN THE D-CM ZONING DISTRICT AND ADDING ASSOCIATED USE STANDARDS FOR PLACES OF WORSHIP; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance is on file in the City Clerk's office for inspection. Any interested party may
appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF MILTON, SPECIFICALLY THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP, TO INCLUDE ONE PARCEL IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 28 WEST, SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WHICH IS CONTAINED IN ATTACHMENT B OF THIS ORDINANCE, FROM A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION TO A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The Community Redevelopment Agency will meet at 5:30 p.m., the City of Milton’s City Council will meet in Executive Session and as the Board of Directors of Sundial Utilities at 5:45 p.m., and The City of Milton’s City Council will meet for a Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 6738 Dixon Street.
