NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23000682CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit, in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein Morton Community Bank is the Plaintiff and Jerry L. Shelton; Melissa R. Shelton are the Defendants, that Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.santarosa.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
